OUT NOW
The future arrived. The connection is still unreliable.
Bad Connections by Android Glitch is out now.
Abandoned rooms. Forgotten machines. Traces of lives that have moved on. Technology that once promised to connect us, now left waiting for a signal.
This film explores that world through distortion, decay and fragments of something familiar. Strange whistles and a slow, distant siren accompany images that seem to struggle to hold themselves together. There’s no fixed story here—just space to look, listen and find your own meaning.
Bad Connections brings together selected tracks from Bad Connection, Parts 1 and 2, revisiting Android Glitch’s electronic world of technological promise and malfunction. The project draws on my longstanding fascination with synthesizers and the possibilities they open up: melody, atmosphere, experimentation and the occasional welcome disruption.
I’m Kevin Hatton, the musician and producer behind Android Glitch. This release marks another step in a very personal journey from tape-based experiments to producing and releasing music independently through Passing Phase.
If something here connects with you, explore the album. And if you know someone who might enjoy this particular corner of electronic music, pass it on.
